Charter Vista Holdings Acquires Snell & Associates

In December of 2023 Charter Vista Holdings, a commercial and residential landscaping holding company, announced the acquisition of leading lawn care company Snell & Associates Landscape Contactors (Snell) based in Hilton Head, SC.
Snell & Associates was founded in 1983 and has served Low Country ever since. Snell serves residential and commercial clients on Hilton Head Island, with an emphasis on new home builds. Snell's services include landscape design/build, lawn maintenance, enhancement and hardscape installation, horticultural spray services and irrigation implementation as well as maintenance.

Snell's current management will remain in place to manage the company and continue to deliver world-class customer service to its clients. Charter Vista's funding and resources will help ensure the growth of this family-run business.
